Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Where do you ship from?

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we ship from our warehouses in the United States, Australia, Europe, and Asia, depending on the quickest route and stock available.

How long does the handling process take?

Our handling time takes 1 business day. Then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners: USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Australia Post, Canada Post, or New Zealand Post, depending on your location and the fastest available service.

Is the shipping free?

It’s absolutely free on all orders over $80. Fill your cart and enjoy the perks of free worldwide shipping.Unfortunately, the following regions do not qualify for free shipping regardless of order value:

What is the delivery time?

After you place an order, delivery may take 7–20 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order has passed all necessary checks and is marked as shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

How do I track my order?

We will email you the corresponding delivery information as soon as we send the package. You can track your parcel by clicking on the "View your order" link.

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

If you place an order containing multiple products, each may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on availability and the quickest delivery time. If a toy is popular and on backorder, we might send packages separately and at different times to deliver the ones available as soon as possible.

Are my payments secure?

Yes, your payments are 100% safe and secure.


We receive credit card payments via the most trusted payment gateways. Your personal information is always confidential and never stored or kept. We have also integrated secure PayPal payments to allow you to make purchases using your PayPal account.

Do I have to pay tax for your toys?

The price displayed on our website is the final price — no hidden charges or extra costs.

What currency are your prices listed in?

We are a US-based company, and all our prices are listed in USD.

How do I apply a discount code?

Simply copy and paste the code, or type it manually into the 'Gift card or discount code' box at checkout. Then click 'Apply' to activate it.

I wish to buy your toys as a gift, but I don’t want the invoice to be included in the package.

There is nothing to worry about - we don’t send invoices in physical form with the packages. You will receive all the billing information in your email.

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?

If you request a cancellation before your order ships, we’ll process a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you’ll need to follow our return process instead.
