What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
You may return an item even if it has been used, as long as it is not deliberately damaged.
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you aren’t 100% happy with your montessorilernwelt purchase, please reach out — we’ll make it right.
Are returns and exchanges free?
Yes — we offer free returns and exchanges.
There are no restocking fees and no return shipping charges.
If the return is due to a product issue or damage, montessorilernwelt covers all shipping costs.
What is your refund policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 90 days of delivery.
Items can be gently used. As long as the product is not intentionally damaged, we’ll accept it for a full refund.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
When will I get my money back?
Once we receive your return, we typically process refunds within 2–3 business days.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us first before returning any product.
Do not send items back to the original shipping address.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return mailing address by email and send you a free prepaid return label (if applicable).

After we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or replacement promptly.
Do you refund original delivery fees?
Yes — since all our orders come with free shipping, there is no delivery charge to refund.
I received a damaged or faulty item
We’re very sorry! If your item arrives damaged or does not work as expected, please contact us immediately.
Have your order number and, if possible, the batch code on the packaging ready.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — we accept exchanges for any reason within 90 days of delivery.
To initiate an exchange, simply contact us and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive the original item, we’ll ship out the replacement product.
All returns and reorders are free of charge.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once you’ve shipped your return, please provide a tracking number via email.
