Returns & Refund Policy

If you're not fully satisfied with a toy you've received, you have up to 30-day to return it. Simply contact us and we’ll guide you through the quick return process.

Please note: to be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

To initiate a return, email us at montessorilernwelt@proton.me. If your request is approved, we will send you return instructions, including the shipping method and return address.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once you’ve shipped your return, please provide a tracking number via email.

Order Cancellation

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll gladly cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you’ll need to complete the return process after delivery to receive a full refund.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Note: Gift cards are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item is damaged or defective, we will make it right. We work with high-quality manufacturers, but if you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 5 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a solution.

Late or Missing Refunds

Haven’t received your refund yet? Don’t worry — sometimes it takes a few days for refunds to reflect.

First, check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

If you purchased an item on sale, and it meets our return criteria, you are still eligible for a full refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item or wish to exchange it for another product, email us at montessorilernwelt@proton.me.

The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, we’ll send the replacement.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels or cover return shipping fees.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you request an exchange, delivery time may vary depending on your location.

If the item value is over $50, we recommend using our optional VIP shipping protection.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout. We’re happy to resend your order, but you’ll need to cover the reshipping cost.

Tracking Says “Delivered” But You Didn't Receive It?

Unfortunately, due to widespread fraud, we rely on the carrier’s tracking status as proof of delivery. The best course of action is to contact the carrier directly with your address and tracking number.

Lost Package Protection

We offer affordable insurance on every order. If your order is lost, even if marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we’ll send a replacement. Choosing this protection also prioritizes your shipment within our warehouse.
