📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 PM China Time will be processed on the next business day. Our business days are Monday to Friday. No orders are processed or shipped on weekends or Chinese public holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing and shipping may take longer. We appreciate your patience. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email. For assistance, please contact us at montessorilernwelt@proton.me.

🚚 The list of shipping countries is as follows:

United States, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, United Kingdom, and Canada. Orders typically arrive within 7–20 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday.

We do not ship to: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces (America, Europe, Pacific), American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

📦 Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $69 or more qualify for free shipping.
  • Standard Shipping: Orders under $69 will be charged $8.99.
  • VIP Shipping: $12.99. 

    Expedited Processing: From the moment your package leaves our warehouse, it is flagged as "VIP." It receives priority loading, customs clearance, and delivery, bypassing the standard queue.

    Enhanced Packaging: Your item receives special reinforced packaging to minimize the risks of bumps and shocks during transit, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition.

    Dedicated Support Channel: Get direct access to our specialized support team for any inquiries. Benefit from faster response times and prioritized assistance for efficient issue resolution.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout based on your selected method. Please provide a valid email address to receive tracking updates and delivery confirmations.

📍 Delivery & Responsibility

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or others), we are no longer responsible for its status or condition—whether signed for or not. This includes deliveries accepted by you or an authorized recipient at your shipping address.

If your carrier requires a signature upon delivery, once the package is signed for, we are not liable for loss or damage. But don't worry! You still have a 30-day window to return or exchange your order from the day it's delivered. Please note: you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is our fault.

We strongly recommend reviewing your shipping details carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after carrier confirmation.

🌍 International Shipping

A valid phone number is required for all international orders. This is crucial for successful delivery and for carriers to contact you if needed. Orders will not be shipped without one. Once your package is with the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, loss, or failed delivery.

🔁 Returns

At Montessori Lernwelt, we want you to love what you receive. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on all products.

To initiate a return, contact us at montessorilernwelt@proton.me to request a prepaid return label. Returns made without contacting us or without our official label will not be accepted.

Return conditions: Items must be in original packaging, including all parts and instructions.

Returns are processed within 10 business days (Monday–Friday). During holidays, processing times may be longer. Thank you for your patience.

🌐 International Returns

International orders may be returned, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels for international returns.

Authorized Third-Party Purchases

For products purchased through an authorized third-party seller, please follow their return and exchange policies directly.

🛠 Warranty & Replacement Parts

We do not offer product exchanges, but you may request replacement parts under warranty. All Montessori Lernwelt products are backed by a 120-day warranty from the shipping date.

For missing or damaged components, please email montessorilernwelt@proton.me with your proof of purchase.

📝 Order Changes

Once an order is placed, the following changes cannot be made:

  • Add or remove items
  • Change shipping address
  • Update payment method

If you need to delay shipping, please contact us before the order is shipped at: montessorilernwelt@proton.me. Once shipped, the delivery process cannot be stopped.
