If any piece becomes damaged during normal use, please contact us immediately.
For your child’s safety, damaged toys should not be used. Our magnetic blocks are built to handle everyday play — from tall tower crashes to creative constructions — but we know accidents can still happen.
To keep your blocks in good condition, we recommend avoiding rough play such as throwing or kicking. For long-term care, store the pieces in a storage box or on a play mat when not in use.
